Ignition Creative Ltd is a UK based Lighting and Production Design House with an international presence. From Lighting, Set, and Video Design right through to Show Creation and Production, across genres as diverse as Theatre, Television, Concert Touring, Architainment and Themed Environments.

The team at Ignition is made up of Creatives, Designers, Technicians, and Engineers with over 100 years of experience in show creation and design between them. Whether it’s creating a Lighting Design, Set Design, or Video Content for a Stage Production or Theme Park Attraction, to a full blown touring stage show, including Story, Choreography, Direction, Musical Composition, and full creative work ups, as well as Casting and Production Management; Ignition have it covered.

With our team spread across the globe, in locations as diverse as London, Lisbon, Rio De Janeiro, Manila, New York, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles we can bring a wealth of experience and problem solving to any project no matter where in the world it might be...

We consider ourselves limitless. We just don’t believe that there is a technical, logistical, or production problem that cannot be overcome with a little time, thought, and dedication, and the liberal application of some out of the box thinking. To partially quote the great Arthur C. Clarke:

And Magic is what we do. Whether literally, when working with our clients on productions like The Illusionists, Illusionists: Turn of the Century, and Now You See Me: Live, or just bringing some of our Theatrical Magic to any environment that needs it, we take great pleasure in delivering spectacle time after time after time, pushing technological boundaries, and re-imagining new ways to use new, current, and old technology.

At the core of what we do, is our people. You can have all the technology in the world, but without the right team of people, it will come to nothing. Whether functioning under pressure or embracing our child-like wonder at the technology and the stories we tell with it, along with being able to ask, ‘what if?’ and then diving down the rabbit hole headfirst to unlock its potential.

Many people look upon us as a Technology Company. We argue that we are primarily a people company. We just get to play with some really, really cool tech.
